1. **Adjusting the Rope Length:** Beginners should adjust the rope length according to their height. Stand with feet together and step on the rope, hold the handles until they reach the armpits for the appropriate length.

2. **Correct Skipping Posture:**
- Stand naturally with feet slightly apart, upper arms close to the body, forearms hanging naturally, palms facing down or wrists exerting force to swing the rope. Do not use the heels or the entire foot to land.
- Correct Arm Position: 15cm in front of the body.
3. **How to Use the Jump Rope Correctly:**
- Warm-up before skipping to prevent muscle strains.
- The main force when skipping comes from the wrists, so try to keep the wrists exerting force.
- Keep the arms close to the body, with the arms and elbows at a 90-degree angle, using the wrists to exert force. Avoid flipping the palms upwards.
- Jump height should not be too high, generally between 3-5cm, with a slight knee bend upon landing.
- Keep the knees straight when jumping, without significant bending of the lower legs.
- Maintain a rhythmic breathing pattern and keep the body relaxed.
- **For Beginners:** 2-3 sets of 50-110 jumps per set (1-minute rest in between).
- **For Advanced Skippers:** 2 sets of 380-520 jumps per set (1-minute rest in between).
- Recommended exercise duration is between half an hour to two hours, with 15-minute skipping sessions (with breaks) being ideal.
