**Operation Guide:**
1. Align the Mi Band with one end of the wristband and push it in from the inside.
2. Slowly push the Mi Band into the wristband until it is fully inserted.
3. Hold both ends of the wristband tightly and pull to remove the Mi Band.
4. Use your fingers to push the Mi Band out from the front of the wristband.
